<P>I have recieved some complaints that you are treating my employees poorly when they ask you for tech support. That's good, keep it up.

<P>However, I've also had complaints from some of the electronics scientists that you've been placing trojan horses and various spyware programs on their computers to keep taps on what they're doing at work. This is not acceptable. Surveillance works best when the target is unaware of it, so you must be more careful in the future. Make sure nobody finds your spyware programs again; my management of this company relies heavily on the information gathered from those programs. Do I make myself clear?
