Unreal Tournament Skin Maker 2.5 beta 5

This beta fixes an important bug that made created skins unusable. It also shows
the new model data format which is compressed and with more features, like checking
if any texture is needed at compile time. There is also an option to set where
the game is located if the UT registry entries are not there because the game
was not correctly installed.

    * Fixed "Range Check" error.
    * Dropped support for SKMM files. Now the meshes are read directly from their packages.
      The only supported game at this time is Unreal Tournament. It also means
      that to create an skin you need the model installed in UT. The model compiler
      has been "reduced".
    * Changed format of skme files (older format still readable).
    * Support for models with textures that allows team and face at the same time.
    * Support for specific texture names format for each section.
